OVRM can be rented on a per-room basis (maximum 2 guests per room) OR on a Whole-Villa basis, subject to availability. All rates and options noted include free breakfast.  Normal Season – April 01 – September 30

• Whole-Villa for maximum 10 persons = U$520/night
• Room 1, direct ocean facing, 2 balconies = U$115
• Room 2, partial ocean facing, single balcony = U$107
• Room 3, garden and pool facing, single balcony = U$107
• Room 4, garden and pool facing, single balcony = U$107
• Room 5, smaller room downstairs, partial ocean view = U$97

 High Season – October 01 – March 31

• Whole-Villa for maximum 10 persons = U$615/night
• Room 1, direct ocean facing, 2 balconies = U$135
• Room 2, partial ocean facing, with single balcony = U$126
• Room 3, garden and pool facing, single balcony = U$126
• Room 4, garden and pool facing, single balcony = U$126
• Room 5, smaller room downstairs, partial ocean = U$118

Important
If you are not a maximum 10 person party, but would still like to rent the Whole-Villa for a lesser number of people but wish exclusive enjoyment of it with no other guests being permitted, then please contact us for a suitably modified price based on season and availability.
